For our Managed Service Inland (MS Inland), we focus on maintaining and optimizing inland fiber optic infrastructure. This includes scheduled preventive maintenance, rapid repair services, and performance tuning to keep inland fiber networks operating at peak efficiency. Our teams are equipped to handle complex environments, from urban centers to remote areas, guaranteeing reliable connectivity for all clients.
Inland Cable Monitoring System
DMS is an integrated system for monitoring our Managed Service team activities both Preventive (inland and marine patrol) and Corrective Maintenance Activities. DMS has function such as Ticketing Management System, Live Activities Monitoring System and Reporting.
QMS is a digital platform developed to monitor and maintain the quality of company assets. It enables field teams to record findings and ensure all assets meet operational standards, supporting Inland Managed Services in delivering the best service to our customers.
We manage and maintain inland cables through 22 service points in Java and Bali, as well as 15 service points in Sumatra. This maintenance is conducted using a comprehensive approach that includes both preventive measures and repairs. We also collaborate with institutions, agencies, and other relevant parties, such as public works departments, to protect the cables from potential risks related to road development and improvement activities.
